Our aim is pretty straightforward: to make this process as painless as possible for you while the world is out of sync. We are dedicated to transparency and customer satisfaction with this policy –ensuring that you never feel stranded if life takes a different turn.
We want your experience to be as easy as possible, which is why we now have a tiered cancellation system if you cancel a ride close to the scheduled time:
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation until 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time for a 100% refund—no questions asked.
Moderate Notice (15-30 minutes before pickup): If you cancel 15-30 minutes before your scheduled pick-up we will retain 20% of your payment, with 80% refunded to you.
Late Cancellation (5-15 minutes within the scheduled pickup): Cancellations during this timeframe are charged 40% of the service fee (40% will be refunded to your payment method — up to 60%)
Last Minute (within 5 minutes of pickup): Incur a 70% cancellation fee for a 30% refund.
Driver on the Way or Arrived: After the driver arrives or is on the way (2 minutes before arrival), a 90% cancellation fee applies.

Instant Confirmation: We confirm every refund instantly on our website as well as through an email notification.
Processing Times: Regular refunds are processed within 24 hours of being canceled.
Refund Tracking: With the help of our website, you can track any refunds in real time.
Credit Card Refunds: We process refunds within one working day, but the amount may take time to reflect in your account, depending on if your bank takes 3-5 working days.
We recognize that some scenarios need special consideration:
Driver No-Shows: If your assigned driver doesn’t show up at your scheduled pickup time, you’re entitled to a full refund as well as 20 percent off your next ride.
Service Disruptions: In the event of a severe weather event, technical outage, or other service disruption, all cancellation fees are waived automatically.
Medical Emergencies:Cancellation fees are waived for medical emergencies with proper documentation,regardless of when it happened.
Dispute Resolution: Our customer service is online 24 hours a day to solve refund problems; most understandable disputes can be resolved within 2 hours.
