User Registration and Account

Account Creation

• When setting up an account, users must enter true, accurate, and complete information.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe.
• An account must be created if you are above 18 years of age.

Account Verification

• All users must verify their phone number.
• It could require the drivers to also be verified, which would include their driver’s license and the vehicle they are using.
• If the validation is incomplete, the account can be paused, and suspicious verification accounts may be suspended.

Booking and Ride Services

Ride Booking

• All reservations are dependent on driver availability in your city.
• Time to arrival estimates are approximate times that may be affected by traffic or weather.
• Cancellation policies available.

Pricing and Payments

• Before you confirm a ride, you’ll see the fare estimates
• Dynamic pricing may be imposed at peak times or in high-demand situations
• Your registered payment method processes payment automatically
• Recipients will be issued by e-mail when each trip is completed

Cancellation Policy

• Inform us early before canceling your ride.
• Cancel for free within 2 minutes of booking.
• A cancellation fee is applied if the driver has already reached.

Use of Services and User Obligations

Passenger Conduct

• Have respect for the drivers and vehicles.
• No taking illegal goods or drugs.
• Maximum passenger number according to vehicle capacity.
• All the passengers are required to wear their seatbelts at all times during the trip.

Damage and Cleanliness

• Users must pay for any damage caused to the vehicle.
• Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
• Such as reporting any existing damage to the vehicle to the driver before they commence the ride.

Privacy and Data Protection

Information Collection

• Contact details are collected by our Customer Care services.
• We process location data to enable you to use the service.
• Past trips are logged for customer service and service improvement purposes

Data Sharing

• Providing the data to drivers only to complete a ride.
• Use of anonymized data for optimizing service.
• No personal information is sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Liability Limitations

Service Availability

• Cabs Kart does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for the unavailability of services due to technical problems or force majeure.
• Responsibility for alternate transportation continues to be with the user.

Insurance and Claims

• All rides are insured under commercial insurance required by local law.
• Claims need to be filed within 24 hours of the incident.
• All claims must be substantiated by documentation.

Modifications of Terms

Cabs Kart may amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified about major changes, and continuing to use the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
